4. Orders, Pickup & Delivery

A. Scheduling
Pickup and delivery times are selected through our website or WhatsApp.

B. Access
You must ensure someone is available at the pickup and delivery location.

C. Delays
We aim to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational issues. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

5. Pricing & Payments

– All prices are listed on our website.
– Prices may change without prior notice.
– Payment is required at the time of order or upon delivery, depending on the selected method.
– We accept online payments and cash on delivery (if available in your area).

6. Damage & Loss Policy

We take great care with your garments. However:

– Minor shrinkage, color fading, or wear may occur due to normal cleaning processes.
– For lost or severely damaged items, compensation is limited to up to 5 times the cleaning cost of the item.
– Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos and order details.

We do not guarantee stain removal, though we always attempt best‑effort treatment.

7. Customer Conduct

You agree not to:
– Misuse our website
– Attempt to disrupt our services
– Provide false or misleading information
– Harass or abuse our staff or delivery partners

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.
